Bright olive green with straw yellow. Initially fine floral notes on the nose, with some candied lemon zest, orange peel and white rose petal. Beautiful depth and well-defined fruit on the palate, crisp, airy, shows a fine vein of acidity, good length.
More about the tastingBright silver, green hints and a persistent mousse. On the nose, fresh apple and pear, subtle elderflower hints and then peach and acacia flowers. On the palate, citrus fruit, well integrated mousse and juicy. A very pleasant and easy drinking style.
