Tasting Notes
It has a rich bright ruby red colour. There are earthy aromas on the nose, with bloody and meaty nuances, hints of wet stone, and tar, then cranberry confit, and blackcurrant cordial. It is polished on the palate, with supple fruit and finely woven tannins, unfolding beautifully, and showing good energy and finesse. It is in a style of its own.
