The red wine Chianti Classico Riserva DOCG, vintage 2019 from the winery Nittardi has been rated in 2022 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 93 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Sangiovese, Merlot from the region Tuscany in Italy.
Rich, bright ruby red with a slightly brightening rim. Bloody, meaty and slightly earthy on the nose, with fine nuances of cranberry and blackcurrant. Polished on the palate, with supple fruit and tightly woven, slightly astringent tannins, spreads out nicely, shows good emphasis with filigree toughness.
