The white wine NV »Cuvée« Chardonnay Brut from the winery Champagne Cordeuil Père et Fille has been rated in 2023 by Ulrich Sautter with 92+ Falstaff points.
A comparatively open aroma: yeast, white flowers, with undertones of Mirabelle plum and quince. In the mouth, the wine is fresh, with a nice verticality but without greenness. It has chalky notes and a complex, long-lasting finish. A stylish aperitif.
