Tasting Notes

Tasting from 21.03.2025: Ulrich Sautter

Strong new wood, buttery notes, sour cherry. On the palate the wine has firm, grainy tannins on a background of strong alcohol, rather mild acidity, quite intense tactile-mineral components. A decidedly deep Merlot.
