Wood savouriness opens the nose with cedar wood, vanilla and caramel, ripe apricot, yellow plum and red apple. Smooth and powerful palate with caramel-like texture and ripe acidity. Ripe fruit and wood savouriness in harmony, grippy phenolics, too. A gastronomic type.
