Tasting from 27.05.2022: Othmar Kiem, Simon Stafffler

Rich ruby with a fine purple sheen. Opens on the nose with notes of black pepper, cardamom plus lots of plum. On the palate, clearly defined fruit with savoury notes and grippy tannins. A well made wine.
