Tasting from 19.07.2018: Dominik Vombach, Benjamin Herzog

Rather subtle bouquet with notes of fresh green apple, peach and apricot. There is also a hint of ice candy and Mirabelle plum. Soft and full on the palate with subtle acidity and fine fruit flavours. The finish is slightly tart with notes of caramel and salty hints.
