On the nose this has a fine buttery fruity bouquet, with notes of caramel, cooked yellow fruit, fresh apple, and a lovely citrus bitterness. It is medium-bodied on the palate, with caramel, yellow fruit, spicy hints with pepper, and a long finish. .
