Dark chocolate, elderberry pulp, cassis jam, maquis, increasingly herbal and spicy with air, with floral undertones. Juicy palate full of fruit and balance, homogeneously flowing, very fine tannin that is not astringent, but also not too mild and soft, above all not cloying, well-integrated acidity, strong and barely noticeable alcohol, elegant Cabernet with a cool head.
