A touch of smoke and a hint of green peppers, almost of jalapeño, on the nose promise freshness. The palate comes in with the roundness and ripeness of juicy stone-fruit, edged with lemon, but still sports the spice and lovely overtones of green pepper. The finish is smooth and fresh.
