Tasting from 14.07.2021: Ulrich Sautter

Berry on the nose, savoury wood notes, forest floor, dark fruit, cherry and blueberry. Wine with good substance and a strong contour, which is pervaded by a ripe and vivid acidity, savoury, clear in expression, supple fullness, which is mixed with an invigorating citrus tone. Also great at the table.
