Tasting from 30.05.2018: Ulrich Sautter

Raspberry candy with herbal-spicy undertones on the nose, characterized by substance and light sweetness on the palate. However, it has a good freshness and will transform fruit, nerve and tannin into an amalgam over time. Less alcohol than the predicate Auslese would suggest (fear). Pinot berries on the finish.
