Tasting from 29.09.2020: Ulrich Sautter

Subtle wood savouriness on the nose with chocolate, wild herbs, sage, menthol and dried orange peel. Firm tannin, bold palate with a fine thread of acidity that gains concentration and a stout finish. Not a soloist, definitely needs food!
