Tasting from 29.09.2020: Ulrich Sautter

Spicy aroma, herbs, dried meat, some cherry in the background. Iron and malt after air contact. Opens soft and juicy in the mouth, then a mellow tannin appears, accompanied by ripe acidity and pronounced alcohol. Finally, the tannin gains some grain, good further perspective.
