Clear, intense ruby-garnet in colour. Opens on the nose with fine spice notes of ginger and sandalwood, some red pepper and lots of blackberry and raspberry. Shows great playfulness on the multi-layered palate, with rich, ripe fruit paired with fine spices and backed by full-bodied tannin. The sweet core provides the structure through the very long finish. Juicy and fresh.
