Tasting Notes
Roasted coffee, cappuccino, shrivelled cherry, undertones of yeast, dried meat and herbs. Very soft on the palate, opulent with clearly restrained, almost smooth tannins and mildly integrated acidity. The finish is more salty than fruity - the perfect wine for Brasato.
