This has a pale old rose colour, with silver reflections. There are aromas of lovely red wild berry confit, nuances of strawberry, as well as a hint of peach and blossom honey. It is juicy, with a red berry touch, a hint of rose petal, and persistence. It is elegant and versatile, and is a perfect aperitif for the summer.
