The semi-sparkling carbonated wine Radice Lambrusco di Sorbara DOC from the winery Paltrinieri has been rated in 2020 by Othmar Kiem und Simon Staffler with 91 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Lambrusco from the region Emilia-Romagna in Italy.
This has a cloudy apricot colour. On the nose it is yeasty, with aromas of ripe mandarin and peach, and a fragrant floral finish. It is medium-bodied on the palate, and dry yet with a lovely fruity sweetness. It is uncomplicated and flawless, and a really enjoyable wine.
