The semi-sparkling carbonated wine Grosso Metodo Classico Lambrusco di Sorbara DOC Brut from the winery Paltrinieri has been rated in 2021 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Lambrusco from the region Emilia-Romagna in Italy.
Brightest, lustrous copper with gold accents. It has a bouquet of redcurrant and wild cranberry, as well as delicate meadow herbs and a slight yeastiness. On the palate it is again markedly savoury, with rich texture and structure, liveliness and a finish that is lively and slightly saline.
