Brilliant light straw yellow with green nuances. Shows surprisingly fresh notes on the palate, very clear, delicate notes of chestnut honey, some pear and apricot, brioche in the background. Polished on the palate, balanced and harmonious, very good tension, salty, notes of dried pineapple and pear in the finish.
