The red wine »Gipskeuper« Hohenhaslach Lemberger trocken, vintage 2017 from the winery Panoramaweingut Baumgärtner has been rated in 2019 with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Lemberger from the region Württemberg in Germany.
Blackberry and black cherry on the attractive nose, which also shows some wood and smoke. Balanced on the palate, it's well contoured with mellow tannins and a finely chiselled acidity that emphasises the fruit aromas. There's substance, length and elegance, and certain ageing potential.
