The white wine Catarratto Terre Siciliane IGT »72 Filara«, vintage 2020 from the winery Cantine Paolini has been rated in 2022 by Ulrich Sautter with 87+ Falstaff points.
Ripe yellow and sweet fruit on the nose, tangerine, apricot, pear and gooseberry. Strong structure on the palate with juicy fruit (again pear and stone fruit), soft, balanced acidity, dry with a nice spiciness. A white wine with profile, ideal with vegetables, fish and white meat.
