The white wine »Vielfalt« Riesling trocken, vintage 2012 from the winery Parfum der Erde has been rated in 2022 by Ulrich Sautter with 93+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Riesling from the region Württemberg in Germany.
Medium golden yellow in colour. Notes of acacia honey, ripe peach and dried mango slices on the nose, along with yellow curry. Tightly woven on the palate, it's a noble amalgam with firm acidity and fruit-driven extract which unfolds juicily and with a touch of mineral savouriness. Nicely matured, and not a bit tired.
