Apple and pear with some nutmeg on the nose, along with a fine smoky and woody-spicy profile. Some tangerine and freshly cut pumpkin also emerge. The palate is that of high-quality Müller-Thurgau - firm structure, with a texture reminiscent of Burgundian varieties thanks to layered phenolics. Will age well.
