Tasting Notes
Sparkling ruby with garnet rim. Very intense and multi-layered nose, aromas of rose petals, pickled peaches, raspberry, truffle in the background. Shows lots of sweet fruit on the palate, opens with firm, well-structured tannins, powerful, but unfortunately quite alcoholic on the finish, somewhat rough.
