The red wine Barolo Riserva DOCG Bussia Per Francesco, vintage 2000 from the winery Parusso has been rated in 2021 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 98 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Nebbiolo from the region Barolo in Italy.
Rich, bright ruby with a fine garnet sheen. Complex and playful nose, with notes of leather and truffle, tea, some soot and plum as it opens up. Blossoms magnificently on the palate, beautifully ripe fruit, with fine-meshed tannins, but also has grip, salty and a very long finish, with a leather aftertaste.
