Tasting from 26.11.2021: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Bright brick red with copper coloured reflections. Opens up on the nose to cranberry, rich blackberry and sea buckthorn, with some liquorice and black pepper, opens up juicy on the palate, with beautiful acidity and interwoven tannins, finishes with dark fruit, is great fun to drink.
