Bright, flint straw yellow with persistent mousse. Ripe yellow fruit and subtle meadow herbs on the nose, some cold smoke, reminiscent of Kaiser Alexander pears on the finish. Hearty on the palate, with a vinous aroma, light mint, flattens somewhat in the finish and remains ripe.
