The prosecco Prosecco Extra Dry DOC from the winery Perlino has been rated in 2020 by Simon Staffler, Kiem Othmar with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Glera from the region Piedmont in Italy.
Bright, brilliant straw-yellow with persistent mousse. Grapefruit followed by freshly cut grass on the nose then cold smoke. The palate is medium weight, balanced with crisp acidity, well-integrated mousse and sufficient length.
