Tasting from 30.09.2022: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Bright pale purple with persistent mousse. Smells of fresh cherry and fresh plum on the nose, delicate vegetal notes, fragrant and floral. Balanced, light-footed on the palate, with well-integrated mousse and a juicy, dry finish.
