Tasting from 06.10.2023: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Dark, rich ruby in colour with a fine mousse. On the nose, fine earthy notes, beetroot, violet, then wild berries and blackberry. Beautiful juiciness and fruit on the palate, with well-integrated tannins, hearty, dry but not drying, with drive, remains clean throughout.
