Pale yellow, with delicate silver reflections. Subtle herbal savouriness, honeysuckle, with fresh kumquat notes, and dried apricot. Elegant on the palate, a mineral texture, nice sweet fruit, ripe peach, with a salty touch and a lemony finish. It has character and good length.
