Strong orange gold, discreet watery rim. Underlaid with dried herbs, candied orange zest, some blossom honey. Light-footed on the palate, a hint of acetone, fresh structure, lemony touch, mineral, subtle tannin on the finish, a little too rustic, still needs time.
