Tasting from 02.12.2022: Peter Moser, Ulrich Sautter, Benjamin Herzog, Dominik Vombach

Dark ruby, opaque core, purple reflections, subtle brightening on the rim. Smoky herbal savoury aromas, intense blackberry, black cherry, nuances of tobacco with background notes of nougat and candied orange zest. Complex on the palate with dark, sweet cherry, freshly structured, ripe tannins and a mineral finish. Will benefit from further bottle ageing.
