Tasting from 29.10.2020: Peter Moser, Ulrich Sautter, Benjamin Herzog und Dominik Vombach

The bouquet is very clearly one of dried plums with additional notes of blackberry some liquorice and dark chocolate. On the palate, it has a soft, fruity attack, it's plummy with juicy acidity, noticeable, lingering tannin and a mineral finish.
