Bright salmon pink with orange reflections. Multi-layered nose of cassis, blood orange and rooibos, delicate hints of juniper. Full-bodied on the palate with a subtle, pleasant tannin structure, tasty acidity with plenty of drive on the palate. Crémant full of character with a finely tart, savoury finish. Also goes well with strong dishes.
