Tasting Notes

Tasting from 24.11.2020: Ulrich Sautter

Some apricot, floral undertones, iris. Lots of juiciness on the palate, good proportion in a rather light to medium-bodied structure, cultivated acidity, a little suppleness, but not too much of it to disturb the elegant flow, aromatic finish. Very appetising.
