Tasting Notes

Tasting from 29.08.2019: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Deep, dark ruby red with an opaque core. Unconventional nose of undergrowth, pitch, pine needles, then overripe cherries, slightly dusty. Medium-bodied on the palate, opens up on vivid acidity, grippy tannins, slightly dry on the finish.
