Tasting Notes

Tasting from 29.08.2019: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Deep dark ruby red, black-brown, completely impenetrable. Malty, chocolatey nose, cigar, liquorice, coffee powder. On the palate like a block, a wine to chew on, harsh and drying, appears overripe and vegetal, yet over-concentrated, incongruous and idiosyncratic.
