Tasting Notes

Tasting from 11.04.2019: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

It has a vivid medium dense garnet colour. The nose is a bit cloudy, smelling of cinchona and iodine, with rhubarb in the background. There are firm and gripping tannins on the palate, along with some savouriness. It is very dense and concentrated, but also quite aggressive.
