Tasting Notes
Bright ruby garnet with brightening rim. Very inviting and clear nose, of sweet wild raspberry, plus cherry and rose petal, some cardamom in the background. Gripping tannin, shows subtle earthy notes, truffle and tobacco, very grippy on the finish, salty, still needs a few years.
