Tasting Notes
Bright, shiny ruby red. On the nose, aromas of toast, mint, then lovely raspberries and rosehips, subtle earthy aromas, cardamom. On the palate, fantastic, deep and complex, salty, multi-layered, wonderfully long and juicy.
More about the tastingBright, shiny ruby red. Mysterious and gorgeous nose, first on cold black tea, then subtle earthy notes, following onto mint, cinchona bark, then forest berries and raspberries. On the palate, plenty of tannins, with a remarkable structure, building in layers like a pyramid, aristocratic earthy notes on the finish, long and lingering.
