Tasting Notes

Tasting from 22.05.2014

Medium ruby colour, purple reflections, broad ochre rim. Attractive, fresh cherry fruit, underlaid with a pleasant savouriness, delicate nougat, hint of tobacco. Complex, juicy dark berry fruit, some caramel, fine acidity, harmonious and long lasting, mineral aftertaste. It is still a long way from its full ageing potential which is very good.
