Tasting Notes

91
Tasting from 18.03.2016: Peter Moser

Deep dark ruby garnet, opaque core, violet reflections, delicate watery rim. Intense black berry confit, a hint of herbs and dried plums, some nougat underneath. Medium complexity, ripe heart cherries, firm tannins, mineral notes, salty touch on the finish, shows good freshness in the aftertaste, will benefit from further bottle ageing.
