Tasting from 01.01.2021: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Rich garnet. Clearly vegetal nuances on the nose, paired with tones of blackcurrant and blackberry, delicate leather scent, chalky aftertaste. Juicy on the palate, with a clear fruit core, acidity and tannin envelop the clear core, delicate grip, remains persistent, vegetal touch, minimal aftertaste.
