Tasting from 01.01.2021: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Lightening, bright ruby red. Very savoury on the nose, vegetal nuances of ivy, red bell pepper, also clearly of freshly ground white pepper, then dark berries and Amarena cherry, cinnamon. Presents itself on the palate with a vivid fruit core, juicy and savoury, stretches out a beautiful dress, harmonious in approach and progression, with a pronounced juiciness on the finish.
