Tasting from 23.04.2021: Othmar Kiem und Simon Staffler

Clear, brightening dusky pink, somewhat restrained mousse. Slightly muted nose of delicate strawberries. Salty on the palate, pithy, fresh acidity gives the wine bite, pulls through clearly.
