Tasting Notes

Tasting from 14.02.2019: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

It has a bright, intense ruby red colour. On the nose it is not entirely precise, and has an aroma of amarena cherry. On the palate it is elegant with slightly resinous notes, and is very smooth, unfolding gently, and with many layers. It has a saltiness, with a long finish, and has a salline character again on the finish.
