Tasting from 10.02.2023: Othmar Kiem & Simon Staffler

Sparkling ruby purple in colour. On the nose, aromas of sour cherry, raspberry confit, red beetroot, and dark pepper, with nuances of juniper and wax. Darkly fruited on the palate, with tight, grippy tannins and inviting acidity, with a slight aftertaste on the finish.
